Mark your calendars — Dryden Dairy Day returns on Saturday, June 13, 2026, bringing the community together for a full day of food, music, and fun in the heart of Dryden, New York. This year's theme is "Red, White & Moo," putting a patriotic, dairy-loving spin on the summer celebration.
Dryden Dairy Day is the community service project of the Dryden Grange, created to reinstate an old home day atmosphere through an event with a dairy theme that is entertaining, fun, educational, and affordable for families. The event brings together local farmers, businesses, and organizations, celebrating the many contributions dairy farmers make to our lives.
The festivities kick off bright and early with a parade. From 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., the parade winds down Main Street from Empire Livestock to the Dryden Hotel before turning toward Montgomery Park, with participants beginning to line up as early as 8 a.m.
After the parade, the entertainment continues at the Gazebo. The Timeriders Band performs from 10:30 to 11 a.m., followed by announcements, scholarship presentations, and the Dairy Princesses ceremony at 11 a.m. The Timeriders Band takes the stage again until 12:35 p.m., and then The X'Plozionz close out the musical lineup from 1 to 2:45 p.m.
Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy a live animal display, Crossroads the Clown from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Dan the Snake Man, a 3-point shooting contest sponsored by Town of Dryden Recreation starting at 10:30 a.m., a cornhole tournament, vendors, food, and more.
No community fair is complete without great food, and Dryden Dairy Day delivers. Options include milk and ice cream from the Dryden Grange, chicken BBQ from Dryden Rotary, hot dogs and hamburgers from the Kiwanis Club, salt potatoes, mac and cheese, dumplings and spring rolls, funnel cakes and fried dough, baked goods, popcorn, lemonade, and much more. Note that many food vendors accept cash only.
The event is organized by a dedicated volunteer committee led by Co-Chairs Brenda Carpenter and Richard Church. For more information or to register, visit drydendairyday.org
