Marathon Fire Department to Add New Truck

The Marathon Fire Department is looking forward to adding a new tanker to its lineup soon.

The new truck, commissioned from Gorman Enterprises and KME Fire Apparatus, has its final inspection on June 15. Hopefully, the truck can be delivered and put into service soon after.

The Fire Department currently has around 55 active volunteers and has been servicing Marathon for 159 years!
