Marathon's Cross Country and Indoor Track teams are two teams proposed to be cut for the next school year, alongside Golf, drama, and other programs. To help keep these programs, Marathon community members have launched a fundraiser to raise money toward the Cross Country and Indoor track teams, as well as the Marathon Invitational Cross Country Race.

To help keep these programs, Marathon community members have launched a fundraiser to raise money toward the Cross Country and Indoor track teams, as well as the Marathon Invitational Cross Country Race.
Teams like these keep students active, create supportive and fun environments, and strengthen a sense of community.
The Marathon Invitational is one of the largest cross-country events in the area, bringing in athletes and families from more than 50 schools across New York State, bringing a great boost to our local economy for the weekend.
The fundraiser is selling shirts to SAVE the Marathon Invitational; all proceeds will go to the XC and track programs.
